How much is delivery?

We offer multiple delivery options during the checkout process, and your final delivery cost will be calculated during checkout based on the value of the goods, your location, the speed of delivery required and the type of products ordered. Can anybody order from your site?

Yes.  We sell to everybody whether you require just one item or a hundred.  If you want to order a lot of items for you wedding or event we try to provide discounts (shown on the products page), allowing you to make savings for your big day. 

Do I need an account to buy from your site?

No.  If you just place the items that you want in your basket you can go through to our checkout and just enter your address details whilst placing your order.  We will ask you for an email address so that we can send you a copy of what you've ordered and a password to let you login in at a later date so that you can track the progress of your order. 

Where do you deliver to?

We ship to all areas of the UK & Ireland on our standard shipping service.  We can also ship non glass or fragile items to other destinations in the EU on a quotation basis, see our delivery page for more details.

Can I return items if I don't like them?

Yes. We have a no quibble returns policy. All we ask is that you notify us that you wish to return something with 7 days of receipt of goods. A refund will be issued once we have received the returned goods at our warehouse. Please contact us before returning an item, so that we can provide you with the correct returns address and documentation to include.
