The function suite at Witney Lakes Resort offers a beautiful lakeside setting perfect for timeless wedding photographs. The room itself overlooks the impressive Witney Lakes, which create a calm and relaxing ambience ideal for your special day. Weather permitting, you may descend from the Function Suite down the spiral staircase onto the patio area - a delightful setting to hold reception drinks or simply enjoy the views during proceedings.
We are also licensed for the performance of civil ceremonies - these are held in our St. Andrews room which can accomodate up to a maximum of 100 guests with theatre style seating. This area is accessed by a seperate entrance to the main reception and leads through double doors into a spacious foyer area. St Andrews can be 'Dressed to Impress' (as the exmaple pictures show) for extra costs.

Directions by car: From Oxford (A40)
Take the second exit off the Witney bypass - sign posted Witney West and Abingdon. At roundabout, take third exit, back under the bypass, to a set of traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights (Thorney Leys) and go to the next roundabout. At roundabout go straight over (Deer Park Road) to the next set of traffic lights. Turn left into Range Road and follow the road to the next T-Junction. Turn left into Downs Road, we are just past the Curbridge Business Park, on the right. Follow the brown tourist signs.
From Cheltenham (A40)
Approaching Witney from Burford on the A40, turn left at the roundabout onto the B4047 (the Windmill restaurant is on the left of the roundabout). Continue on for approximatly four miles and as you approach Witney take a right turn into Downs Road, sign posted Witney Lakes Resort (Car Auction is on the right hand side). Continue for half a mile and we are just past Curbridge Business Park, on the right. Follow the brown tourist signs.
