Damages / Shortages

For Faulty / Damaged Items:


In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know and we can replace this for you. All that we ask is

  • That you check all goods upon receipt and report any damages to us immediately. We cannot process damaged claims made after 3 working days of receipt of goods. 


  • You leave plenty of time between ordering and your event date. This will allow us to make sure that we can get replacements to you in time.


  • You do not dispose of the damaged or faulty item, until you have confirmation from us that it is ok to do so. We may need to collect the damaged items from you.
