Severe Delays - Up to 21 Days

In response to advice from the Government and Public Health England we are currently still open and taking orders, however In order to maintain social distancing our office staff are working from home with a reduced staff.  Currently our phone lines are not operational and we encourage any enquiries to be directed to our email or contact forms which are being staff on reduced shifts and subject to delays.

Our warehouse is still operational and staffed with a skeleton crew.  We've implemented a number of measures to maintain social distancing, increase hand washing and split up shifts to help reduce any chances of contracting the virus.  However we do have a limited number of staff working in our warehouse meaning we have a severe delay in getting parcels out to customers.  We apologise for this and are working in every way possible to continue the service.

We are also receiving daily updates from our delivery partners DPD & Translink both of whom have numerous contingency plans and operational changes to make sure they can still provide a full service.  DPD & Translink are operating a contactless delivery service which means you do not have to sign for a delivery, however we strongly suggest you check over the order whilst the delivery driver is still present and report and issues.

At the moment are still offering  our Standard Service however we cannot offer our Next Day service.

Ordering Online is Safe and Secure


When you are ready to make payment for your items you will be transferred to the Sagepay payment gateway. Once you are here you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser meaning that any data entered here will be encrypted.

All information entered on the Sagepay pages will be encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent back to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.

 

You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sagepay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

 

 

We use 3D Secure

3D Secure is the technology behind Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC), the latest fraud prevention initiatives launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. The scheme is set up as an online alternative to Chip and PIN, where the customer is required to enter a unique password chosen by the shopper before the transaction process can be completed.

 

 

Encryption and Data Storage

Once on Sagepay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
